• FOID Card (Firearm Owner Identification)
• Ammunition may only be shipped to an address on the FOID, or Driver’s License/State ID.

CONNECTICUT
- The following valid documents must be on file with Epic Shotshell prior to shipping:
• Driver’s License (or State ID) and
• ONE of the following Permit for Pistol or Revolver or Eligibility Certificate for Pistol or Revolver or Long Gun Eligibility Certificate or Ammunition Certificate
• Ammunition may only be shipped to an address on the Permit/Cert, or Driver’s License/State ID.

MASSACHUSETTS
• Ammunition may only be shipped to a verified FFL (Federal Firearms License) premises address. (Types 03 & 06 will not be accepted)
• Both of the following valid documents must be on file with Epic Shotshell prior to shipping:
• Driver’s License (or State ID) and
• LTC Card (License to Carry Firearms)
• FFL documents must be on file with Epic Shotshell prior to shipping.
• Documents can be submitted through our email at orders@epicshotshell.com
• Prior to ordering, please contact your intended FFL to inquire about restrictions, required documents, background checks, fees, and shipment notification procedures.
• While Epic Shotshell can not recommend an FFL in your area, we are happy to confirm if a preferred FFL is already on file.
• When shipping to an FFL, only ammunition should be included on the order. Documents can be submitted through our email at orders@epicshotshell.com
NEW JERSEY
Due to recent changes to NJ firearm and ammunition laws certain Epic may, at our discretion, require additional documentation, or prohibit sales.
• 12 gauge, 20 gauge can be shipped with no documentation.
• 28 and 410 will require additional information.
• Restricted calibers may only be shipped to an address on the Permit, or Driver’s License/State ID.
• Documents, such as, Driver’s License (or State ID) and Firearms Purchaser Identification Card WASHINGTON, D.C.

FEDERAL AMMUNITION LAW
Miscellaneous Restrictions
Federal law prohibits ammunition sale or transfer to, and possession by, anyone who:
- 1. is under indictment for a crime punishable by more than one year imprisonment or convicted of a felony,
- 2. is a fugitive from justice,
- 3. is an unlawful user of a controlled substance,
- 4. is addicted to a controlled substance,
- 5. has been adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to a mental institution,
- 6. is an illegal alien,
- 7. has been dishonorably discharged from the military, and
- 8. has renounced his or her U.S. citizenship (18 USC § 922(d) and (g)).
Returns Policy
Ammunition may not be returned with the exception of an incorrect order being shipped out. If an incorrect order is shipped out, we will pay for the shipping back to EPIC and send you the correct order asap on us.
If you have received incorrect order, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product and we will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Please note, misplacing an order for any reason will not qualify.
